Misses Top and Skirt:

Loose-fitting, blouson top has collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, front and back flanges, shaped peplum, asymmetrical closing and above elbow or long sleeves with pleated cap. B: cuffs, contrast, purchased belt and flower. Slightly flared, pleated skirt, below mid calf, has waistband and side zipper.
